Provide the product’s length, width, height, packed weight and quantity. Include any insert, window, sleeve, handle, internal printing or special finish requirements.

MOQ starts from 50. Custom Packly also supports thousands, tens of thousands and larger repeat production runs as your requirements grow.

Price changes with size, material, structure, quantity, print coverage, finish work, inserts and production complexity. A simple folding carton and a fitted rigid presentation box require different materials and processes.

Yes. Dimensions, quantity and packaging style are usually enough to begin discussing pricing, even when the design is not ready.

Yes. List each product separately with its measurements, quantity and packaging needs so shared materials or design features can be reviewed without forcing different products into the same box.

Larger production runs usually spread setup costs across more units. The final difference depends on the structure, printing process, materials and finishes selected.

Artwork, Dielines and Design Support

Yes. Free expert design support is available for layout direction, panel planning, artwork setup and packaging presentation.

A dieline is the flat technical drawing that shows cut lines, crease lines, panels, flaps, glue areas and print placement before the packaging is folded.

Yes. The free Dieline Tool lets you enter dimensions and download a starting layout for supported box styles.

Artwork should eventually sit on the correct dieline, but you do not need one to begin an enquiry. The structure and final dimensions should be confirmed before artwork is placed.

Yes. Send your logo, brand colours, wording, product photos and any visual references you have. The design team can help organise these elements for the packaging.

Review spelling, product details, logo placement, barcode position, panel direction, colour references, finish areas and dieline alignment. Check every panel, including the base and inside surfaces when printed.

Yes. Outside-only, inside-only and two-sided printing can be planned when the material and structure suit the required result.

Yes. A consistent layout can carry across a product line while names, colours, sizes or product information change. Each variation still needs the correct dimensions and approved artwork.

Materials, Printing and Finishes

Options include mailer boxes, shipping cartons, folding cartons, rigid boxes, paper bags, sleeves, tubes, pouches, inserts, dividers and display packaging.

Paperboard suits lighter retail cartons and printed product boxes. Corrugated board adds shipping strength, kraft creates a natural appearance and rigid board supports premium presentation.

Yes. Eco-friendly material choices are available, including recyclable paper and board options. Coatings, foil, adhesives and local recycling facilities can affect the final recycling pathway.

Premium offset printing is available for sharp graphics, detailed artwork and consistent colour across larger printed areas.

Colour references such as Pantone values, CMYK values and approved samples help improve consistency. The final appearance can change slightly with the board colour, coating and finish.

Options may include matte or gloss lamination, foil, embossing, debossing, spot UV and soft-touch effects. Suitability depends on the packaging material and structure.

Yes. Inserts and dividers can reduce movement, separate items, support bottles or jars and improve presentation. The product dimensions and loading direction determine the insert design.

Yes. Die-cut window openings can show the product while retaining space for branding and required information. The size and position must not weaken important folds or closure areas.

Explain whether the packaging will touch food, hold wrapped products or sit around an inner container. Also state whether grease resistance, ventilation or hot and cold handling matters so material suitability can be checked.

Customisation covers structures, materials, printing, finishes, inserts, dielines, artwork support and production planning in one place.

Samples, Approval and Product Fit

Yes. A free sample is available before the full production run so the packaging direction can be reviewed before larger quantities are made.

The most useful approval method depends on the project. A 3D mockup may be used for layout and appearance while a physical sample is more useful for complex structures, inserts, fit or finish testing.

Physical testing is valuable when the product is fragile, heavy, unusually shaped or held by a fitted insert. It also helps when closure feel, board strength or finish appearance needs closer review.

Yes. Custom sizing can reduce unnecessary space, improve presentation and limit movement, but the finished product must be measured accurately.

Measure the widest length, width and height after all caps, pumps, lids or accessories are fitted. Include packed weight and note any tissue, insert, divider or protective clearance required.

The fit should control movement without making loading or removal difficult. Fragile surfaces, protruding closures and soft products may need additional clearance or an insert.

They can when the dimensions, weight and protection needs are close enough. A shared outer box with different inserts may work better than forcing every product into one fixed cavity.

A sample gives a useful reference, but material colour, print method, coating and lighting can affect appearance. Confirm important brand colours with clear references during artwork setup.

Production, Delivery and Support

Yes. Custom Packly provides Australian production for its custom packaging orders.

The standard production turnaround is 4 to 6 days once the structure, specifications, artwork and approval steps are complete.

Production and delivery are separate parts of the schedule. Arrival timing depends on the destination, order size and delivery requirements confirmed with the quote.

Yes. Free delivery is included. Share the delivery postcode and required date when requesting pricing so the order can be planned correctly.

Share the required date at the beginning. Structure complexity, artwork readiness, sample needs, quantity and finish choices determine whether the timing is practical.

Incorrect measurements, missing artwork, late text changes, revised quantities, complex finish work and delayed approvals can affect the schedule.

Production begins after the required specifications and approval steps are complete. Final dimensions, artwork and structural details should be settled first.

Support is available 24/7 through chat, email and call. The team can assist with sizing, structure, artwork, print, finishes and production questions.

Use Contact Custom Packly for support enquiries that do not yet need formal pricing.

Bulk Runs and Repeat Orders

Yes. Production can scale from the MOQ of 50 to thousands, tens of thousands and ongoing high-volume requirements.

Yes. Wholesale and bulk packaging support is available for businesses that need larger quantities, repeat production and consistent specifications.

Yes. Repeat-order discounts are available where the same or closely related specifications are produced again.

Bulk order storage support is available. Storage needs should be discussed during quoting so quantities, production planning and future requirements can be assessed together.

Retain approved dimensions, dielines, colour references, material details and finish instructions. Any change to the product or artwork should be identified before the next production run.

Yes. Updated artwork can be reviewed before the new run. Changes to dimensions, structure, finishes or print coverage may also change the quotation.

Yes. Keep the main carton consistent and change a sleeve, insert, sticker or selected print panel for seasonal activity where practical.

Share the previous order reference, required quantity, delivery details and any requested changes. Confirm that the product dimensions have not changed since the earlier run.
