Printed Takeaway Paper Bags for Stable Food Handover
Custom Takeaway Bags should keep an order upright from the counter to the customer’s destination. The bag needs enough base width for the containers, enough height for a secure closure and enough strength for the full meal.
A bag that looks large can still be wrong for takeaway use. A narrow gusset may force two boxes to sit at an angle. A weak base may bow under noodle bowls or stacked cartons. Handles can also pull against the top fold when the order is heavier than expected.
Plan the bag around the filled order rather than one empty container. Include sauces, cutlery, napkins and drinks when checking the space. Takeaway bags can use the same logo and colour system as cups, burger boxes and food trays across Custom Cafe and Takeaway Packaging, while the paper weight, handle and base remain matched to the order being carried.
Match the base to the container footprint
The bottom panel should support the widest food container without bending its corners. A broad, flat base helps burger boxes, bowls and meal trays sit level.
Measure the outer length and width of the closed container. Then check whether several items will sit beside each other or stack vertically. Leave enough room for fast loading, but avoid excess space that lets boxes slide.
Allow room for closure and labels
A full bag still needs clear space above the food. This gives staff room to fold, staple, seal or add a tamper-evident label without pressing on the top container.
Keep the closure area free from the main logo and important text. A delivery label placed over the brand wastes the strongest print position.
